General Summary

The Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for recommending and developing scalable technology solutions to complex business problems, by analyzing system and application data to determine areas for optimization and scale. This role works in partnership with cross-functional teams to assist with the development, analysis, and improvement of strategic system processes and procedures.

This role will require knowledge working within Salesforce.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

ツキ Research and analyze business problems, document findings and recommend business and technical solutions

ツキ Creates, updates, and deactivates SKUs. Facilitate SKU acceptance and sign off.

ツキ Test the design, manage QA and UAT, verify solutions

ツキ Develops, documents and rolls out new and revised key processes and procedures with respective departments throughout the organization, vendors, and distributors

ツキ Manages Salesforce data feeds and other integrations

ツキ Aids in the analysis and optimization of various activities relating to the daily operations of the business to help identify the current and future needs

ツキ Identifies trends, deficiencies, and inconsistencies within data through data analysis and offers suggestions on interpreting the information

ツキ Monitors and reports what is happening on business systems to maintain high availability and performance

ツキ Collects, builds, analyzes, and reports data in order to increase accurate invoicing and SKU counts

ツキ Ensures the timely delivery of reports and data needs

ツキ Provides support to cross-functional teams, with a high attention to detail

ツキ May coach and review the work of other team members

ツキ Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision

ツキ Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards

ツキ Ability to situationally adapt and understand new technology/processes as per business requirements

ツキ Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts

ツキ Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ (including Products) and quote to cash process in Salesforce

ツキ Strong knowledge of querying and report writing in SQL, Snowflake and MS Access

ツキ Strong knowledge of various reporting tools including MS Excel, Power Automate, Power Pivot, Power BI, etc.

ツキ Experience with Data Loader or applicable tools

ツキ Experience with middleware integration between Salesforce and ERP solutions such as Netsuite

ツキ Organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated

ツキ Strong skill in Microsoft Office applications

ツキ Familiarity with Sharepoint and Smartsheet

ツキ Strong communications skills, both verbal and written

ツキ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including reporting and analysis

ツキ Knowledge of basic quoting and invoicing (billing) principles

ツキ Must have excellent and effective oral and written English communication skills to speak with both technical and non-technical audiences

ツキ A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
